Patrick Schrade joined EOS in 2017 as Head of Application Engineering and became Head of Additive Minds Academy in 2020. After studying aerospace engineering, he started his career as a design engineer at MTU Aero Engines and then worked as a development engineer in the printing industry. His job before EOS was in the automation technology of injection molding processes and injection molded components.
Sonja Orterer is a qualified dental technician and studied mechatronic engineering and precision mechanics. She joined EOS as Application Specialist in 2014. Since April 2020 she is Learning Cooperation Manager of Additive Minds Academy.
Since co-founding Additive Works in 2015, Jonas Baumeister is actively promoting the introduction of simulation technologies into the process preparation chain of additive manufacturing processes. As Commercial Director, he is also responsible for knowledge transfer and learning ressources at the Bremen based start-up. He holds a Master in Business Administration and started his professional career in the biotech industry.
